[edit] Date of death

Just updated the article with information from two sources (listed in article), both give a different date for his death, the test flying website gives 21 October, and the Flight article has 22 October. I have kept with the early date for now, unless anybody has another source. As he went missing the second date might be when he was officially declared dead.
