I won't comment on the notability or importance of the topic, I found it while looking up something about the GTA 3 soundtrack. However, this article is written in such poor English it is rather hard to understand the limited amount of information in it. I'd clean it up, but I haven't played all the games. What is somewhat funny is that there are biographies of real world people who get "notability" debates but we can find room for minor video game characters. Sorry, that was a comment on the notability of the topic...
