  • "The Holy Roman Empire is not considered truly German, since it contained many different peoples and languages" Was the British empire not really british, because it included a whole lot more people than just Brits? In fact, at its height, the Britons quite probably where a minority, whereas the HRE was predominantly German. Totally aside from that, Bavarian monarchy and Prussian monarchy etc. are also German monarchies. --OliverH 15:11, 29 July 2006 (UTC)
