German Shorthairs Pointers are COMPLETLY different.

I own German wire-haired pointers (GWP's) and the picture of the dog looks it is ungroomed, atleast for the breed ring. It looks more like a griffon then a GWP. kAribeAr 21:08, 15 May 2007 (UTC)

Well, it's definitely a GWP, Elf wouldn't mess up the identification. The dog is at an agility competition, and it's not a show dog, which is probably why it looks scruffy.
