[edit] Evangelical
Please wikilink the word "evangelical" in "...he was born to evangelical parents" to either evangelicalism or Protestant. I assume this article was written by German contributors where evangelical means Protestant, but in Australia and most other countries, I believe, it refers to evangelicalism. Dear Colin MacLaurin, this article was written by me, an Indian. I am wikilinking in accordance with your suggestion. Thank you. Pradeep 13:46, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
...which you seem to have intended, but did not do. I have done it and also changed the word into lutheran, for that is what he must have considered himself, given his birthplace, career and church history in Germany.

[edit] Some editing work
Hello, Mr Pradeep. (Does one say "Namaste" to christians also in India ?).
I have just done some editing on your article. Mainly to improve readability, not intending to alter its contents. I tried to clarify some statements you made for English language readers. (For details, see the "page history" and archived versions.)
I was not completely sure what was meant by your opening lines, so you may better check if my phrasing does convey what you wanted to say. (If not, or if you alter it again, you might explain also here on the discussion page what you had in mind, to make sure there are no language problems blocking anyone's understanding - which would be a pity. Then perhaps some native speakers interested in the topic could also comment on "best wording" issues.
- Regarding the book titles: what do these "ASIN" numbers mean ? Is that some other system, instead of IBSN, or do those have IBSN numbers as well that could be added ?

[edit] Ministry
You wrote that G.v.R. was a "priest", which is misleading and which I altered into "minister" ("priest" in christianity is used for catholic or orthodox churches). But it was not mentioned when he was ordained (I was not sure what the "curate" meant in a German context).147.142.186.54 (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 19:44, 11 January 2008 (UTC)
