I don't understand what 16 million metric tons of crude steel capacity means. Per year? -- 790 00:42, 22 March 2006 (UTC)

I think someone should add, that they also have a steel plant in Spain, producing High Quality steels (one of two plants, that produce these steels, the other is in Brazil, Charqueadas)
