It might be nice to include a section on Dr. Tellis' mentoring history and related success stories. It's best that input comes from people who have been or associated with him and his research.

Actually, you are never supposed to write on wikipedia if you are personally familiar with the subject. NOTHING on wikipedia is supposed to be first-hand.
