[edit] Decommissioning?

Anyone have a source for the new decommissioning claim? A (admittedly very cursory) search of the GDOT website didn't give me anything... –Pedriana (talk) 03:54, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

It is on the functional classification maps on the GDOT website and is currently underway.
