I am baffled by the reference to Rich J writing in Isaacs v McKinnon simply "appeal dismissed". If you access this link you will clearly see that Rich J wrote much more than just appeal dismissed. I am wondering where the trivia quiz that is cited got this info? If someone can't back up this information then I propose to remove the entire reference to the Isaacs v McKinnon case. --Shadow007 05:50, 12 January 2006 (UTC)

I've removed the reference to Rich writing "appeal dismissed". I'm not sure where the quiz was sourced from, although it was published on a UNSW Law Faculty page. Given that they misspelt the other judge's name (they called Clyne Klyne) the rest of it may not be accurate. I've left in the preceding sentence though, that's sourced from Dixon's papers, and clearly attributed to Dixon. --bainer (talk) 08:48, 14 January 2006 (UTC)
I'm quite happy with that. Cheers.--Shadow007 13:14, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
