I don't understand the conclusion that he missed out on a large income. The defeat came with only 1 year left on the patent. So his income stream would have been "destroyed" only one year later anyway, no?Mike Linksvayer 19:27, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

Wouldn't he have received back payments for the the time his patent have been in effect, and yet Ford had paid no royalties? --CalPaterson 19:48, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
