Get an account at the commons, then upload it there, with the appropriate description and copyright info (if it is Public Domain, put two sets of curly brackets ({}) around PD, for example). After that, you can reference it with [[image:]]. --Cromwellt | Talk 11:25, 8 May 2005 (UTC)
