- Date of photo? If Cohan is less than 45 years old here, it is pre 1923 and hence PD-US. -- Infrogmation 05:32, 21 August 2005 (UTC)

- This photo appears on the cover of Cohan's composition "The Belle of the Barber's Ball", published 1908, hence photo is of that date or earlier. I am therefore changing the licencing to PD-US. -- Infrogmation 05:10, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
