State Route 384 is a state highway that runs northwest-to-southeast along Duncan Bridge Road from S.R. 75 south of Helen in the northwest to U.S. 23/S.R. 365 west of Baldwin in the south. The route serves as a gateway to Helen and the mountains in north Georgia.
