George Slim (born June 24, 1982 in Mexicali, Mexico) is a Mexican fish culturist largely focused on the aquaculture industry. Currently, Mr. Slim is working with scientists at Hubbs-Seaworld Research Institute [1] to replenish California's endangered White Seabass.
