George N. Farr

George N. Farr holds a specialized honors degree in computer science from York University in Toronto, Canada. He joined the IBM Toronto Software Lab in May 1985 and led the RPG development team until 1992. He then led the AS/400 languages architecture and planning team for a year before leading the Visual Development Organization. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and user groups worldwide. He is the author of numerous articles on the subject of AS/400 languages and environments.
