George F. Gibson was a professional American football player and coach in the early National Football League. He played at University of Minnesota, where he was an All-American in 1928.
In 1930, Gibson joined the Minneapolis Red Jackets as coach. Later that same season, he moved to the Frankford Yellow Jackets. His career NFL coaching record was 3-10-1.
