George Elliott (June 1, 1885 — September 25, 1917) was an Australian rules footballer who played with University in the VFL.
A defender, Elliott was a member of the inaugural University side when they joined the league in 1908. He captained the club in 1911 and 1912.
Elliott was killed in World War I.
