George Elcoat (1863?) was an English football manager.

Elcoat was from Stockton-on-Tees, but later moved south to London. He became manager of Woolwich Arsenal after Thomas Mitchell resigned in March 1898. Elcoat's tenure was quite short, lasting only fifteen months. In that time he oversaw Arsenal securing fifth place in the Second Division in 1897-98 and then finishing seventh in 1898-99, although Arsenal were humiliated 6-0 by First Division Derby County in the FA Cup that season. He left the club in the summer of 1899.
