George Arthur Boeckling

George Arthur Boeckling (d. 1931) was the president of Cedar Point Pleasure Company, which later joined with another amusement park in 1978, Valleyfair, and became Cedar Fair. He is often credited for bringing Cedar Point out of the hole at the turn of the 20th century and making it extremely profitable.

He died in 1931, only a couple of months after his retirement.
