George Ancona

George Ancona (born December 4, 1929) is an American award-winning photo essayist, author and illustrator of children's books. He was born in New York, and currently lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.[1] In 2002, Ancona received the Washington Post Children's Book Guild Nonfiction Award.
