Geoffrey Leung

Geoffrey Leung Weiguo (Simplified Chinese: 梁伟国) born 19 October, 1972 in Hong Kong) is a Diplomat for the Foreign Ministry of The People's Republic of China. He graduated from King's College and The University of Hong Kong.

He had been known for his skills in handling the progressing of the PRC's relationship with Taiwan. Leung managed to get the Taiwan President Chen Shui Bian to sign off on the plans to allow direct flights between Shanghai and Taipei.
