• Oppose - I vote not to replace. As I said above. The first sentance of this new version still makes absolutely no sense and hasn't improved since I said so 6 months ago. I don't know about the rest of the article, but I don't read on if the first sentance is so poor. TheHYPO 00:26, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

Why is there even a "new version"? Is the normal procedure to edit the orginal? That shouldn't be that difficult in this case and the "new version" doesn't have much of an edit history anyway. —  AjaxSmack  01:05, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

This new version contains a lot of material, but it misses some of the much shorter original, like Barnard v. Adams. Better to merge the two piece by piece, which does not require WP:RM but will take discussion. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 17:49, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
