When I get around to it, I'm going to cut out the cut-n-paste of what appears to be an official Army-sanctioned biography. This may be good source material, but much of it is irrelevant and much is biased or at least blatantly promotional.

Actually, it looks like this didn't come from the army. McKinney is an embarassment to the army now - his official bio is short and to the point - the link is on the article page. This is more likely taken from another source, but I agree, it's a bit POV. --Nobunaga24 02:29, 6 July 2006 (UTC)
