Genitourinary nerve

Plexus- Lumbar Spinal Roots (ventral rami)- L1, L2

Structure Served- Skin of scrotum in males, of libia majora in females, and of anterior thigh inferior to middle portion of inguinal region; cremaster muscle in males

Can be entrapped by psoas causing pain in perineal area in both sexes and in the scrotum in men.
