General Chamber of Auditors

The General Chamber of Auditors (in Dutch: Algemene Rekenkamer) is an independent organ that audits the spending of the national government on its efficiency and legitimacy. The Chamber is appointed by cabinet on advise of the Tweede Kamer. The General Chamber is a High Council of State.
