Rainbow ribbon diagram of the GCN4 leucine zipper, a parallel coiled-coil dimer (Protein Data Bank accession code 1zik). The ribbons are colored from blue (N-terminus) to red (C-terminus). This is my own work, made with MOLMOL on 8 September 2006, and licensed under the GFDL.
