Gaworzyce (German: Quaritz) is a village in Polkowice County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Gaworzyce. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Polkowice, and 98 kilometres (61 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 1,500.
