The Gaston County Sheriff's Office is the Sheriff for Gaston County. The primary function of the Sheriff's Office is to operate the county jail system, maintain the secuirty of then county courthouse & serving civil and criminal documents, evictions, seizure of property or money as ordered by the courts; pursuing and arresting fugitives from legal actions taken through the courts. It is the Sheriff's Office's desire to create a professional yet personal relationship with the citizens of Gaston County in order to serve their needs and improve in every aspect of law enforcement services.
