Description

View north to Garbh Eilean from the summit of Eilean an Taighe. Eilean an Taighe is very grassy and provided good grazing as well as some arable land when the islands were inhabited. A third island, Eilean Mhuire is the most fertile. The islands are now grazed by the crofters sheep from Lewis.
