Gary Stein

Gary Stein is a Sports Marketing Sales Manager / Sportscaster currently living in Baltimore, Maryland. He works for CBS Radio, Orioles Radio and Terrapin Sports Radio in Baltimore, where he also sells radio advertising. He hosts the Baltimore Ravens' Pre and Post Game Show on ESPN Radio 1300's Baltimore Gameday, and during Ravens home games he broadcasts statistics to the press box. Gary also broadcasts Baltimore Blast soccer, both on television and on the radio. He has worked Blast games on Fox Soccer Channel, and Maryland Public Television. He broadcasts UMBC Retrievers Basketball and Lacrosse on the Retrievers Radio Network. Furthermore, Stein hosts the pre and post game show for Maryland Terrapins football. On February 6, 2007 Gary began another part time job as the sports anchor for the Kirk and Mark Show, which airs on 105.7 HFS in Baltimore. He has become a major part of the show, and has earned the nickname "The Hairy Back of Sports". Gary also works for the NFL as the press box PA announcer at the Super Bowl. He has worked Super Bowl XXXIX, Super Bowl XL, Super Bowl XLI, and most recently Super Bowl XLII in Arizona.

Gary Stein was born in Miami Beach on October 15, 1961. He was the youngest of four children, two brothers and one sister. Before settling in Baltimore, Gary lived in Chicago, Illinois, San Francisco, California, and Washington, DC. He now resides in Reisterstown, Maryland and is married with two children.
