Gary Abraham (born January 8, 1959) is an Olympic and Commonwelth medalist[1]. He won the bronze medal in the 1980 Summer Olympics for Great Britain as part of the 4x100m Medley Relay. Abraham swam the backstroke leg for the team.
Abraham currently coaches at Eastleigh and Oalkands Swimming Club. He has taken many swimmers up to the nationals to compete.[citation needed] Abraham has kept himself out of the limelight since his huge achievement at the games, but his passion for swimming has never gone and this continues to shine everything he is coaching his team.
Abraham has recently started training again and intends to swim in masters races.[citation needed]
