Talk:Gang-Nail

Gang-nail is a proprietary name. It is like calling a vacuum cleaner a Hoover. The correct generic term in the UK is punched metal plate fastener.

A nail plate serves a similar purpose but is not quite the same thing.

Would anyone like me to correct this, and perhaps add a bit to this article?
