Gangsös (in earlier times called Gansös) is a part of Harstad city in North Norway. It is bounded by Stangnes to the east, Åsby to the south and the fjord Vågsfjorden to the northwest.

The main neighbourhoods on Gangsös are Vollen and the newer Øvre Gangsös (Upper Gangsös), the latter one established in the 1990s.

The latter part of the name Gangsösås – means hill. From the top of the hill, Gangsöstoppen, which is uninhabited and approximately 180 meters above sea level, one has the best view of the city and the surrounding areas. A marked path leeds to the top, which is visited by 30–40 people every day in average, from the car park in Toppenveien. The trip takes about 20 minutes, and there is a mail box at the top where one may sign the guest book.
