Gang of Losers is the third full length album from Montreal band The Dears. It was released on August 29, 2006 in Canada under the Maple Music Recordings label[1] and on October 3, 2006 in the USA under the Arts & Crafts label[2].
On July 10, 2007, the shortlist for the Polaris Music Prize was revealed. Gang of Losers was announced as a finalist, alongside such other acts as Feist, Junior Boys, and Chad VanGaalen. The winning album, however, was fellow Montreal artist Patrick Watson's album Close to Paradise.
