The popularity and origin of the meal should be sourced. There must be overview books about Swabian cuisine that mention it. Kusma (討論) 10:26, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

If you 'google' Gaisburger Marsch, you would be astonished - its a very popular dish here.But, living in stuttgart for several decades, I never heard anything about a festival :-((
