Gaillard is a commune of the Haute-Savoie département, in France. Population (1999): 9,949. Gaillard is close to Geneva. Gaillard is a on the Swiss border. The biggest border crossing is called Moillesulaz and the second one is Fossard. It is near the SIGEM an HLM. Gaillard has a middle school called College Jacques Prevert.
