[edit] Summary

Gaganachukki, the more popular of the 2 falls at Shivanasamudram, as viewed from the Dargah end. The upstream is more easily visible from the Dargah end. This picture was clicked just after the monsoons when Kaveri River is more often in spate and has plentiful water. The roar of the river as it cascades down the rocky path and down the cliff is immense and is only heard to be believed.
