The image Image:GadoMuseveni.jpg is being linked here; though the image is originally copyright, I (TreveX^talk 19:44, 30 August 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. The image represents a political cartoon published in a Kenyan daily newspaper and intended for wide distribution.
2. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the cartoon in any way.
3. The use of this cartoon in the article is important because it accompanies a critical discussion of political developments relating to Yoweri Museveni, specifically attempts to change the Ugandan constitution to allow him to run for a third term. These specific developments form the subject matter for this editorial cartoon, which is used in the article to illustrate perceptions of a political leader by the media and civil society.
