It's not possible to acquire or produce a free alternative for this image because there are no other images to illustrate the article, as album/single covers are not permitted. It is needless to say that magazine and publicity shots are clearly not violated.
This image is encyclopedic because it is an illustration to highlight the article involved, and the resolution is definitely reasonable, though not high enough for download.
This image is currently being used in Girls@Play.
This image contributes significantly to the article Girls@Play, because the girls will never be at the same place and time again, unless an unforeseen reunion is expected to happen, which may be never.
This image is used only in the article namespace.
