Garry H. Lauziere was born in Whitinsville, Massachusetts, and graduated from Sutton Memorial High School in 1978. He entered the U.S. Marine Corps in mid-1978, where he played the trumpet in the Marine band as well as a Drum Major. He served in the Marines until retirement in 1998. He currently resides in Edinburgh, Indiana.
His first published book was Scathach, a historical fiction about the legendary warrior. His second book, Imp will be released sometime this year ("2008").
