Dear Mr. Richard Wagnor, my name is Gary Frausto Sr. Phoenix, Az 85041

I am sending you this letter in hopes of resolving my concerns with my recent purchase.I have resently purchased a new 2007 chevy silverado( work truck ) from one of our many local dealers. My concern is this. Sence the purchase of my new truck, i have expiranced what i am being told by one of your dearls ( Power chevrolet) is an engenaring problem. I have taken my truck in to the service center on a couple occasion. My last vist to the service center, i was told that i would have to address this issue with General Motors Customer Service, that the services center was unable to correct the problem due to engenaring issues. I then contacted the General Motors Customer Service and had given them all the necessary information. After about a week or so i was contacted by one of your customer servives personnel and was told that the case would be closed after they had gather info. from the local dealer that had performed the diagnoses on my vehichle. It was determained that because my truck was not effected performance wise that it was a closed matter. I cannot believe that a customer like myself would be turned away without any recourse at all. My thought is this. I paid for a new truck with the expectation of getting what i paid for and nothing more. All i ask is that i get what i thought i had paid for.I know that your corp. is dedicated to cutomer satisfaction and this is why i ask for your help in the matter.
