The description regarding cheap drinks is incredibly un-encyclopaedic!

There was an article saying "Madonna's performance reinvigorated g-a-y on the gay scene". This was pure conjecture and unencyclopaedic

[edit] Heaven buyout

The Heaven buyout story has been confirmed in the press. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pepsibot (talk • contribs) 18:31, 24 September 2007 (UTC)

Can we have some references then please? Technohead1980 10:28, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
As I can find zero evidence of the alleged Heaven buy-out - even on MAMA Group's website - the additions to that effect cannot be regarded as anything other than malicious. There is nothing on the G-A-Y website proper, nothing on Heaven's website, and nothing on Mean Fiddler's, either. MAMA's site does detail their buy-out of Mean Fiddler, so one would expect that they would be just as keen to publicise this supposed acquisition, as well. In any case, the lease on the Astoria doesn't run out until the end of 2008, so there is zero incentive for G-A-Y to move anywhere before the end of this year. Pepsibot has already been banned, but attempted to gain page protection to Heaven (nightclub) to prevent reversion of such vandalism there. Nick Cooper 16:55, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
