I'd like to move this to Göta River. A google search give some 600 hits. Fred-Chess 19:53, 22 September 2005 (UTC)

I cannot really agree with this move. A google search on English pages (with an additional search for either and or it to weed out some unspecified) for Göta älv gives more than 13,000 hits. --Sannab 20:53, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

I agree with Sanna, "Göta River" seems like another move to standardize something that doesn't have to be standardized. Most people who are looking for the river would probably search for "göta älv" anyway. /Grillo 20:56, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
