FistFuck is a grindcore band formed in Quebec City, Canada in 2004 by Sébastien (Seb), Déro and Yvan. Through numerous side-projects of its members and various personal reasons, the band’s members have often changed during the years albeit generally limited to the members of other local bands Mesrine and Dahmer.
Although their songs do not contain lyrics, merely growled vocals, they are titled over humorous references (for example Brutal Trout and Lassie), as part of the entertaining part of their music.

The band formed in 2004 with Dahmer ex-members Déro on guitar, Yvan on drums and Seb on bass and vocal. Since Seb felt the need to concentrate on the bass part, Crocko joined to replace him on vocals.
After a while, Crocko was replaced by Frank then Félix joined the band as second vocalist. Later, Dan-Charge took Frank's place and Steve became second vocalist as Félix left and as of May 2007 remains the sole vocalist as Dan-Charge left after a few months with the band. In January 2005 Crocko made a comeback and replaced Seb on bass.
