FXP Preset

An FXP file is a VST Plugin preset file standard created by Steinberg Media Technologies. They were introduced in Steinberg Cubase VST, implemented in Cubase SX but discontinued in Cubase 4. FXP files hold 1 preset sound while their counterpart the FXB File holds a bank of sounds.
