The TV events icon needs to be changed with a more generic TV set with clock, but I still think this is a step in the right direction. Cromulent Kwyjibo 23:30, 12 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] logo

the license data for FamilyGuyLogoIconPreAir.png says that this is a copywritten logo but can be used under fair use "to illustrate the corporation, sports team, or organization in question" this use of this logo, since it is being used in a generic context and under those guidelines is probably a violation of copyright, but I'm not a lawyer.AdamJacobMuller 05:06, 18 December 2005 (UTC)

I thought it made perfect sense to use it for stubs about future Family Guy episodes. That it was put on stubs about future episodes of The Simpsons was a sweet bit of irony. But you're right, a generic context requires a more generic logo. Cromulent Kwyjibo 21:48, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
your right it does make sense, and though its really unfortunate we do live in a world populated by lawyers and we have to be extra-vigalant to protect wikipedia from them, you could always create Template:Future_familyguy_episode ;) AdamJacobMuller 14:04, 21 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Deletion

I see this template has been deleted. Is there a record of the TfD process somewhere? I can't find it in the TfD logs. —Whouk (talk) 07:45, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

WP:AN has a record of the discussion regarding it. Pegasus1138Talk | Contribs | Email ---- 07:46, 19 April 2006 (UTC)
A whole day worth of discussion, I see that this deletion was carefully considered and thought through with ample time for everyone to weigh in. Qutezuce 07:59, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Network template?

I would like to see a template type to apply for entire television networks that have yet to launch (e.g. The Baseball Channel or Big Ten Network). - Desmond Hobson 19:27, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Season

What goes in the type field when the template is used for an upcoming season? --Philip Stevens 09:12, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

I just came here looking for this same answer; I expect that the template needs to be expanded. --Jack Merridew 09:34, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
{{future television episode list}} works. --Jack Merridew 09:41, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The word scheduled misleading?

The word scheduled can be misleading in some cases. When tv shows are ordered there is not necessarily a firm date for their broadcast scheduled. --Deadly∀ssassin 10:08, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
