Who does the voice of "That Guy", is it David Herman? Sounds like him to me.

The name of this episode is "Future Stock", not "Futurestock". I checked the DVD for Season 3 and it lists the episode as "Future Stock". -Icweiner

  • Alright then, since you're the guy with the DVD... :) So many web resources spelled it "Futurestock" though, and gotfuturama.com spelled it both ways (different pages). --FlyingPenguins 07:07, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
That first guys right, it IS Future Stock and not Futurestock. That second one doesn't even make as much sense as the first, which is an obvious play on Future Shock, which is a Terminator game, a mental disorder in Judge Dredd and mentioned in a bunch of other places.

When the Planet Express stockholders are shown voting whether to sell the company Dr. Zoidberg is also shown even though he has already sold his stock for a sandwich.

There is no need for this to be stated twice within three lines of each other.

--Would it be useful to add in culture references? Such as That Guy's song he continually sings is a reference to the Men without hats song? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.149.102.86 (talk) 16:11, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Question?

How can there be a WikiProject Futurama, trying to make a detailed guide to Futurama, and yet at the same time people are proposing the deletion of episodes for not being "worthy" enough in some way? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tuckerresearch (talkcontribs) 05:15, 17 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Comercial

they make a new commercial for planet express when "that guy" is in charge. what is the commercial a reference to? i know ive seen it before but i cant remember. i think its something like IBM or apple. the logo at the end is an obvious rip-off of FedEx though. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.17.110.34 (talk) 17:40, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

It must be from something since there is a very similar campaign clip from a US democrat candidate (Barrack Obama or something) against H. Clinton. I guess both Futurama and this clip are a parody of the same original thing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.63.197.246 (talk) 23:55, 8 December 2007 (UTC)

Just wondering, but why is there a comment under Cultural Reference saying "That Guy" is modeled after Tom Cruise from Wall Street when it should be Michael Douglas instead? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.18.177.255 (talk) 22:48, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

You are thinking of a 1984 Macintosh commercial, which is it's self, a parody of the film 1984. 2/4/2008 Zeelog1 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.164.37.128 (talk) 14:39, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
