[edit] Removal of warnings

Editing out warnings from your talk page does not get rid of them. WP:UP#Removal of warnings states "Policy does not prohibit users from removing comments from their own talk pages, although archiving is preferred. The removal of a warning is taken as evidence that the warning has been read by the user. Deleted warnings can still be found in the page history." Your warnings are still available to the public, and removing them only shows that you understand what they mean. J-ſtan ^Talk_Contribs 02:06, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
