Phulbaria (Bengali: ফুলবাড়িয়া) is an Upazila of Mymensingh District in the Division of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Phulbaria is located at 24.6333° N 90.2667° E . It has 68469 units of house hold and total area 402.41 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census^[1], Phulbari has a population of 345283. Males constitute are 50.77% of the population, and females 49.23%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 171551. Phulbari has an average literacy rate of 20.6% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. ^[2]
