[edit] Bach style
Hi, I'm working on a replacement text for that section; the current text is what someone pasted there to fill the gap—it's not worth working on, I think. Tony 04:18, 3 January 2006 (UTC)
Dear Fugueman, I was so pleased to receive your note. I do feel that there hasn't been much feedback on my reconstruction of the Bach article over the past few months. I hope you don't mind my pasting your feedback at the bottom of the style section on the talk page for the Bach article. I'll act on your suggestions now (because I wrote the account of his style off the top of my head, last weekend, there are bound to be errors).
I'm not entirely happy with my subheadings, and, of course, there needs to be more on specific technical aspects of his style, including melodic treatment and scoring.
You might consider signing your name by simply keying in four tildes (swung dashes—top left of your keyboard pressing shift?). It will look like this in the edit box:
~~~~
and appear as a name and date stamp on the saved text. Tony 23:47, 5 January 2006 (UTC)
Thanks Tony!
